Alessandro is very headstrong. He won't take no for an answer, no matter what it is. Repeatedly during training he would get yelled at for rushing ahead, and he always tries to over achieve. He is also like an anchor for others. He comforts them in their times of need, and helps anyone out if he can. He fights for them when they are week, but sometimes that leads to him getting his ass kicked by someone who doesn't need help. He is quite oblivious to noticing if someone can fight back or not, so he just does it whenever. He will never leave a soldier behind, and doesn't believe in saving his own life instead of someone else's. This could possibly cause his death in the future. Though he is a shoulder to cry on and kind, he enjoys a good prank every now and then. He often caused trouble with Julian and his sister before joining the training corps. Now, he doesn't pull any more pranks in fear of getting reprimanded.
Past story: As a child, Alessandro grew up in the Trost district. Being in one of the inner districts, everything was peaceful. Alessandro was quite a rowdy boy, making trouble and pulling pranks along with his friend, Julian Aloysius. Both of them got in trouble often, but never did anything too serious. His father was part of the Scouting Legion, a Tactician. His mother, on the other hand, was just a housewife. After having Alessandro, they had about three more children. Albertina was the eldest of the three girls. She was very pretty and would always ask to play with the dogs of the district. Next was Alessia, who turned out to be much like her elder brother. She was very rough with her siblings, and would tag along with Julian and Alessandro when they got into trouble. Last but not least was Celestina, who looked much like their mother. Instead of getting their father's black hair, she inherited her mother's beautiful golden locks. She would often stay quiet and at home, rather working with her mother than play outside. She is very petite and pale, not really one for a soldier. One day, their father was sent out on a mission with the scouting legion. He was caught by a titan, but retrieved by his fellow soldiers before he was killed. He ended up losing an leg, and was told to quit the legion. He returned home, and couldn't find a job that would take him. Then, the wall was breached. They had heard news about the Shiganshina district being attacked, and quickly fled to the inner wall. Alessandro's father managed to get them a place to stay with one of his friends from the Military Police. When Trost district was ready to be filled once more, they returned home. Feeling that he should try and be as great as his father, Alessandro vowed from that day on that he would become a Scouting Legion Soldier. Julian had also wanted to train, and they both left for the three year training at the age of 13. Before he left, his mother and sisters pleaded that he join the Military Police instead, and he said he would if he got in the top ten of his class. Julian, however, dropped out after a month because his mother caught a sickness and wanted him to return home. They still send each other letters, making sure to keep updating each other on news.
Reason: Alessandro wishes to join the Scouting Legion so that he can be as great and talented as his father. He is sort-of innocent about it, not understanding quite well the dangers that come with.

- He has unusually sharp canines, and sometimes accidentally gnaws on his lip.
